Sugilite "dagger" cabochon, rutilated quartz cabochon, and a labradorite bead - in argentium sterling silver. (The chain is sterling, however.)

I always wanted to make a sugilite piece for my darling! Well, the first piece I ever made him was one, but this, I thought this was fairly Classy. Clean lines, and, oh ho ho ho, if you notice the silver netting everywhere around the rutile quartz cab, then notice that there's no netting BEHIND the cab, nor any visible wires (though that's quite easy).

I love these thick silver fused rings, they are gorgeous. Too bad my regular supplier has run out. I shall have to hunt some similar down elsewhere.

As for the name of this piece, well, it's all the colours that represent Spirit, I suppose. But also it kinda looks a little bit angelic. Only not really. I think the rutile quartz cab (so gorgeous and clear!) would almost be like a window - distorted, included, magnified! - into another realm, one of spirits, perhaps.
