Named for the wife of King Midas.

Gold plated beads, Aurum Swarovski crystals, and tarnish resistant gold-plated craft wire. Finished with ribbons.

Exploring wire knitting, different from my usual viking knits. Quite an interesting effect, although care must be taken to make the knits comfortable against the skin.

I did the bracelet first, then mom demanded a choker/collar, despite my telling her that a necklace to be worn on the collar would be more comfortable. That said, this is quite wearable also.

Have an intention to do a black themed one next. That necklace will be different, for sure.

Just a feel, I suspect, influenced by the fact that it's my mom who liked the bracelet so much that I had to make a collar to match...

Basic knitting is really easy, there's plenty of tutorials around, if you want to learn. As for knitting wire, it's mostly about temper and gauge.
